Jeff Grammer is a partner of Rho Canada and is a member of Mobio’s Compensation Committee. With nearly 28 years of operational and venture experience, Jeff seeks entrepreneurs who see market opportunities and possess the business acumen to nurture young companies to become industry leaders.
Joining Rho Canada in 2006 Jeff focuses primarily on investments in new media, information technology (hardware and software) and communication companies – mostly at the seed and early stages of development. Prior to Rho Canada, Jeff worked operationally at Intel, Chips and Technologies, N*Able Technologies and Ember Corporation. His venture capital experience also includes Techfarm Inc. and Sigma Partners.
Jeff received a B.A. and M.A. in international economics from Boston University.
Steven Giacona

Steven is Founder and Managing Member of Round Table Services, LLC and is a member of Mobio’s Audit Committee. Prior, he served as senior vice president for U.S. Trust Company of New York, handling clients with net worth in excess of $50MM. A certified public accountant, he began his career at Coopers & Lybrand specializing in personal financial services and taxation matters for domestic families, expatriates and foreign nationals.
Steven is also a general partner for two other private equity funds, Countervailing Partners and Harmony Capital, as well as a member of the Economic Club of New York, and a Trustee of the St. Paul’s Memorial Endowment Trust.
Stevenholds a B.S. in Accounting from Marist College and a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University.

Brian is a member of the Mobio Compensation Committee. As President of Brian O’Higgins and Associates, Brianhas over 20 years in security technology development for enterprise and government customers—possibly known best for his role pioneering PKI (public key infrastructure)—and as the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Entrust, a leading Internet Security Company. Brian’s other ventures includeco-founding and CTO of Third Brigade, a provider of security products for physical and virtualized servers (acquired by Trend Micro) and founding author and contributor to the Cloud Security Alliance.
His current list of affiliations includes advisory board positions with Defence R&D Canada, the Ontario Centers of Excellence, the NSERC Internetworked Systems Security Project, the Global Institute for Cybersecurity Research Alliance, and a few startup companies in the IT security market. In addition, he serves on the boards of Recognia, Fischer International, AFORE, and Mobio Technologies Inc.

In addition to his role as a Director of Mobio, Mr. Fairbanks is an archivist and investor whose most recent position was Echo Archives Manager at Microsoft. Prior to that, he worked as a Software Test Engineer with Windows International, End-User Support Manager with Walt Disney Enterprises in Tokyo, and as a Financial Analyst with SalomonBrothers in NYC.
Mr. Fairbanks graduated from Sophia University with a BS in Business-Economics, an MLIS degree from the University of Washington and a post-master's ARM degree from Western Washington University.

Leo co-founded Skypoint Capital Corporation in 1998 and has been the company's CEO since its inception. Skypoint manages an early stage Venture fund, with over $150M invested in two funds. Leo chairs Mobio’s Audit Committee.
Leo has been a board member for over 18 privately held companies and is currently Chairman of TransGaming Inc., and Chair of Sector Advisor Board for ICT at Ontario Centers of Excellence. Leo’s prior ventures includeNewbridge Network Corporation's Affiliates Program (acquired by Alcatel in 2000) where he assisted entrepreneurs in the launching of sixteen Newbridge affiliates, Mitel Corporation as a Assistant Vice-President responsible for emerging businesses, and Director of CATA (Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance) and the CVCA (Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association).
Leo received a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University, and Master of Engineering from Royal Military College.

Clovis, as CEO and Chairman of the board, is responsible for formulating business and technology strategies as well as managing and growing Mobio.He bringsover 15 years of entrepreneurship, e-commerce, product marketing,and technology sales experience to the team. Previously working for Non-Elephant Encryption Systems as VP of Marketing, he was responsible for the development of the initial Ne² commercialization marketing strategy. Prior to that, Clovis provided business and sales plans for numerous Internet-based technology start-ups.
He received a B-Comm from the University of Victoria, and a Graduate Study Certificate of the European Union from the University of Rouen, France.
